About the Role: 
We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!
You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter. 
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)</li><li>
Support mobility and transfers within the facility</li><li>
Help with medication administration (training provided)</li><li>
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation</li><li>
Light housekeeping and meal assistance</li><li>
Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team</li><li>
Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations</li></ul> 
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>
Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)</li><li>
CNA Certification preferred, but not required</li><li>
Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)</li><li>
CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>
A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability</li><li>
PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability</li></ul> 
All shifts (PT &amp; FT) must be available to work every other weekend
