 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Warehouse Shift Lead is to be responsible for all warehouse shift functions including the shipping, receiving, and product put-away operations at Suja Life. Ensure proper data flow through the Suja Warehouse Management ERP system NetSuite and RF Smart by utilizing reporting functions to monitor, adjust, and/or complete transactions. They will also work closely with the Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics departments with scheduling and ensuring balanced, efficient day-to-day operation.

 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse workers to achieve productivity goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use of Forklift as needed to support the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. Ensures staff meets requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance to prescribed QMS, GMPS, and SOP processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures planned KPI&rsquo;s efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform data entry to complete transactions in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular and reliable attendance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties not listed here may be assigned by the supervisor/manager.

 Job Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Require 2+ years in warehouse environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Require 2+ years forklift operating experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of a High School diploma.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years warehouse/inventory management experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 + years forklift experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Knowledge
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of warehouse management, ERP processes, and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Language Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 English fluency mandatory, bi-lingual Spanish fluency preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing with staff, coworkers, and supervision as well as directly with buyers/customers.
 
 
 </li>

 Ability to manage multiple supervisors and teams operating 3 shifts, 7 days a week.

 Experience with storage bays, racking systems, following inventory control, and FIFO procedures.

 This role operates in a food manufacturing environment.

 Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas are expected.

 Must be able to work independently.
 </li>

 Punctuality and consistency in job duties and standard procedures.

 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMP&rsquo;s, and a freezer/cold environment of down to -10F degrees.

 Physical Demands

 Comfortable working in a refrigerated freezer/cold environment down to -10F degrees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift 50lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs/continuous motion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration.
