<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented <b>Recruiter</b> to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle &mdash; from identifying talent and conducting interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to match candidates to the company&rsquo;s culture and role requirements.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p>
<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments &mdash; from job posting to onboarding.</li>
<li>Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.</li>
<li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant teams.</li>
<li>Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.</li>
<li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>
<li>Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or job fairs.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience</b>:</p>
<p>Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT or technology industry.</p>
