Compensation:
$100,000 - $115,000 yearly plus bonus
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Identify legal issues in new cases that arise</li><li>
Analyze and categorize client documentation efficiently</li><li>
Communicate legal strategies through memos and advisory letters</li><li>
Conduct thorough legal research on client-related matters</li><li>
Assist in creating business transaction documents</li><li>
Address legal inquiries from marketing and sales teams</li><li>
Produce articles or blog posts discussing recent legal developments</li><li>
Support client communication initiatives</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Able to work effectively in a high-paced work environment</li><li>
Holds a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school</li><li>
Maintains active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association</li><li>
Demonstrates strong logical and rational thinking abilities</li><li>
Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Shows initiative as a self-starter and values teamwork</li><li>
Exemplifies excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail</li></ul>
