Your ability to understandclient needs, analyze their digital presence, and provide compelling recommendations will be centralto driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Core Sales Functions<ul><li>Prospecting &amp; Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research,networking, field visits, and outreach.</li><li>Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,understanding their needs and presenting customized digital media and social platform solutions.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closing: Lead negotiations for corporate deals, ensuring favorable terms whileresolving client concerns and closing contracts effectively.</li><li>Account Management: Provide ongoing support to existing corporate clients, ensuring satisfactionand identifying upsell opportunities.</li></ul>Digital Media&ndash;Specific Responsibilities<ul><li>Sell digital media / social platform solutions with demonstrated experience.</li><li>Clearly articulate and convince customers on the importance of digital presence for their businessgrowth.</li><li>Evaluate a client&rsquo;s current digital footprint, identify gaps, and explain how Sulekha can helpoptimize and strengthen their digital presence.</li><li>Manage high-value clients and consistently generate revenue of 4 Lakhs per month.Collaboration &amp; Strategy</li><li>Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure unified clientengagement and delivery.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new businessopportunities.</li><li>Contribute to the development and execution of sales campaigns aimed at meeting corporate salestargets.</li><li>Willingness to conduct regular field visits for customer meetings, lead generation, and relationshipbuilding.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Engineering background is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital media, social platforms, or B2B sales.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.&bull; Strong ability to articulate the value of digital media to clients and influence decision-making.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and evaluate a customer&rsquo;s digital presence.&bull; Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Opportunity:This role provides a career-enhancing opportunity within a fast-growing organization.
