 This is a full-time on-site role for a Governance Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Governance Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting risk assessments, and managing audit functions. The role also includes implementing policies and procedures, overseeing internal controls, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective governance practices.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Policy &amp; Governance Framework:
 
 Develop, review, and maintain policies and procedures to comply with SAMA, PDPL, AML, and other regulatory standards, ensuring they are effectively implemented across all departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Compliance Oversight:
 
 Monitor adherence to policies, conduct periodic compliance reviews, and coordinate corrective actions to close identified gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Regulatory Engagement:
 
 Serve as the focal point with SAMA and other authorities, ensuring timely reporting, response to inquiries, and incorporation of new regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Training &amp; Awareness:
 
 Deliver training and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and clear understanding of governance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reporting &amp; Documentation:
 
 Maintain comprehensive records, prepare governance and compliance reports for management, and track implementation progress.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;8+ years&rsquo; experience in governance, compliance, or regulatory policy writing
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in developing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong audit management and internal control oversight skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English
 </li>

 We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our Risk &amp; Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for detecting, preventing, and investigating fraudulent activities within Sulfah&rsquo;s lending operations, ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and internal policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor loan applications, transactions, and customer activities to identify suspicious behavior.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize fraud detection tools, analytics, and internal systems to flag high-risk cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct investigations on potential fraud cases, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend corrective actions and work with stakeholders to resolve incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and enhance fraud prevention processes and controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify emerging fraud trends and recommend countermeasures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to SAMA guidelines, AML/CFT laws, and Sulfah&rsquo;s internal compliance framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate investigation records for audits and regulatory inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to improve fraud prevention measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct fraud awareness sessions for relevant departments.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Criminology, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, or investigation (preferably in lending or banking).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SAMA regulations, AML/CFT laws, and fraud risk management best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, fraud monitoring tools, and case management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
 </li>
