Senior Account Managers provide essential support to the Account Executives by delivering comprehensive insurance coverage and account servicing to more intricate and high-value clients. Senior Account Managers will participate in client meetings and serve as mentors, imparting their expertise and providing training to agency staff.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide crucial support to Commercial Lines Account Executives in nurturing and maintaining client relationships, both new and existing.</li><li>
Collaborate with Sales Executives to understand client needs and offer comprehensive insurance coverage options.</li><li>
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.</li><li>
In partnership with the service team, ensure the accurate and timely processing of policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks related to assigned accounts.</li><li>
Take charge of policy renewals, negotiating terms with underwriters, and addressing coverage gaps or changes as necessary.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Account Executives to develop and execute strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.</li><li>
Assist in preparing and presenting insurance proposals and presentations to clients.</li><li>
Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account retention and growth.</li><li>
Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, participating in client meetings and presentations as necessary.</li><li>
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients and Account Executives.</li><li>
Maintain organized and accurate client records, documentation, and communication through the Agency Management System.</li><li>
Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.</li><li>
Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.</li><li>
Serve as mentor, sharing expertise and provide training to agency staff.</li><li>
Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards and maintain ethical business practices.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or other related fields is preferred.</li><li>
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines account management.</li><li>
Hold current and valid Property and Casualty insurance license.</li><li>
Hold at least one professional designation, such as CIC, CPCU, CRM or other relevant programs or the ability and willingness to attain designation within 18 months.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policies.</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct risk assessments, analyze coverage needs, and propose suitable solutions.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely policy processing and documentation.</li><li>
Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and underwriters to achieve departmental and company goals.</li><li>
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience with AMS 360 and Image Right preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in orchestrating and hosting virtual meetings using platforms like Teams and Zoom, encompassing the capability to share screens and deliver presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Proposals, etc.).</li></ul> 
Salary
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $120,000 annually.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range represents the company&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.</div>
