We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX &amp; Motion Graphics Designer who can design engaging user experiences and visually compelling motion graphics for digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design<ul><li>Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure UI/UX implementation accuracy.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.</li><li>Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.</li></ul>Motion Graphics &amp; Visual Design<ul><li>Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing, websites, and social media.</li><li>Design graphics, banners, illustrations, and visual assets as required.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to produce creative content aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Edit videos when required and deliver high-quality visual output.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.</li><li>Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user-centric designs.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.</li><li>Ability to create motion graphics, animated videos, and product explainers.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and timelines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in an IT or software development environment.</li><li>Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic) is a plus, not mandatory.</li><li>Ability to handle both UI/UX and motion graphic tasks independently.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.</li><li>Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
