<div><div><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Set up and operate Wire EDM/Vollmer machines (FANUC/Sodick) to produce high-precision components.</li><li>
Cutting carbide and PCD</li><li>
Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous production.</li><li>
Load and unload work pieces, install and align tooling, and perform necessary machine adjustments.</li><li>
Develop and optimize CNC programs for Wire EDM/Vollmer machines (FANUC/Sodick) based on engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Make necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.</li><li>
Conduct routine maintenance on Wire EDM/Vollmer machines (FANUC/Sodick) to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>
Identify and report any equipment issues to maintenance staff for timely resolution.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Proven experience as a Wire EDM Operator/Programmer in a manufacturing environment (1+ years), specifically with FANUC/Sodick</li><li>
Knowledge of machine shop practices, techniques, operations</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively</li><li>
Ability to follow directions</li><li>
Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem solving skills</li><li>
Ability to lift 25 pounds</li></ul><div><b>
