 What Makes This Opportunity Special 
 
We are currently looking for a Per-Diem Pediatrician to join our team and provide vacation coverage, with the possibility of ongoing per-diem shifts. This position is ideal for physicians who enjoy working with children and families, value flexibility, and want to be part of a compassionate, collaborative environment without the pressures of inpatient or on-call duties. Whether you&rsquo;re an experienced practitioner seeking part-time work, a semi-retired pediatrician who misses patient care, or a hospital-affiliated physician wanting to round out your schedule, you&rsquo;ll feel right at home here. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 
<ul><li>Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care</li>
<li>Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up appointments</li>
<li>Work independently while supported by a friendly and experienced team</li>
<li>Utilize our user-friendly eClinical EMR system to document patient care</li>
<li>Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse population</li>

Requirements: 
 
<ul><li>MD with an active Connecticut medical license
</li><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to provide autonomous care in a busy outpatient setting</li>
<li>Interest in contributing to a community-focused medical home</li>
<li>Spanish Speaker</li></ul>
