The ideal candidate will be adept in teaching Physics to Grades IX toXII as per the ISC curriculum, and contribute actively to the academic and co-curricular development of students.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach Physics to Classes IX to XII as per ISC guidelines.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum, using innovative pedagogical approaches.</li><li>Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.</li><li>Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development programs.</li><li>Coordinate with parents and academic coordinators on student progress and behavior.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Postgraduate degree</li><li>B.Ed.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience at senior secondary level (ISC/CBSE preferred).</li><li>Excellent command of Physics Subject</li><li>Familiarity with CISCE curriculum and examination standards.</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.</li><li>Technologically proficient &ndash; able to integrate digital tools in teaching.</li><li>Passionate about science and mentoring young minds.</li><li>A team player with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.</li></ul>Remuneration:The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per institutional norms.Application Process:Interested candidates may send their updated CV, a recent passport-size photograph, and a cover letter to reception.summerville@gmail.com .
