<li>Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
</li>
<li>Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents
</li>
<li>Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing
</li>
<li>Promote restorative care to encourage residents&rsquo; independence and well-being
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
</li>
<li>Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment
</li>
<li>Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards
</li>
<li>Work in an environment that prioritizes mentorship, growth, and professional development
</li>

<li>Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Illinois
</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program
</li>
