We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a consultative sales approach who thrives on building strong relationships with high-value clients and closing larger, strategic deals. The Senior Account Executive will primarily operate in the field, meeting with key stakeholders, developing tailored solutions, and managing long and complex sales cycles. 
This position requires significant travel to foster in-person connections and deliver a high level of service. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of our industry and business environment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients toward solutions that meet their strategic goals. 
LOCATION &amp; SALES TERRITORY:
Dallas, Texas. The candidate must be based in Dallas or surrounding area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner in their success.</li><li>
Proactively identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive adoption of company products and services.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li></ul>
2. Strategic Sales Execution:<ul><li>
Lead and close larger, more complex deals with high-profile clients.</li><li>
Manage long sales cycles, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client goals and deliver value-driven solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client needs.</li><li>
Stay informed about market trends, industry challenges, and competitor offerings to position the company&rsquo;s solutions effectively.</li></ul>
3. Field-Based Sales Activities: 
<ul><li>
Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and relationship-building activities with prospects and customers.</li><li>
Attend local events, conferences, and district meetings as needed to build visibility and engagement.</li><li>
Maintain a strong presence in assigned territories through regular travel and client visits.</li></ul>
4. Collaboration and Reporting:<ul><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.</li><li>
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and insights to leadership.</li><li>
Share client insights and feedback to improve messaging and product positioning.</li></ul></div>
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>
Proven success in a senior sales role, preferably in a field-based position, with a focus on high-value, strategic deals.</li><li>
Expertise in consultative selling and managing long, complex sales cycles.</li><li>
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing significant deals.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of the industry and business environment.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend events.</li></ul>
ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
10+ years of K&ndash;12 teaching and leadership experience, leading to demonstrable results for students.</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales performance tools.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies.</li></ul>
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
 
Equipment: This position requires reliable home internet that can support video calls on Google Meet and Zoom and a quiet, professional place.

Travel is required and considered an essential function of the job. Travel includes overnight stays at hotels and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation. Driving in small and large cities is required. All travel-related expenses are initially paid in advance by the employee (eg, lodging, daily meals). Reimbursements for these expenses - including mileage if driving your own car and compensation for time traveling - will be processed 2&ndash;3 weeks following submission of the expense reimbursement requests.
COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS:
Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, your experience, skills, and qualifications.
