We, Summit Labour Supply Services, are a recruitment company and we are looking to employ a competent and dedicated worker Quantity Surveyor to be deployed in a leading company based in Dubai.A Quantity Surveyor plays a key role in balancing project costs with quality, ensuring that systems are installed efficiently and within the client&rsquo;s budget.<ul><li>At least 2 years and beyond experiences</li><li>Preferably Any Nationality</li><li>Salary will be based through experience &amp; during interview</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements for accurate quantity take-offs.</li><li>Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.</li><li>Monitor and control project costs during all phases of construction.</li><li>Prepare progress payment applications, variation orders, and cost reports.</li><li>Assist in contract negotiation and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.</li><li>Conduct site visits to verify quantities and assess work progress.</li><li>Provide advice on cost optimization and value engineering.</li><li>Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.</li></ul>NOTE:<ul><li>CVs should include your recent photo, mobile number and email address.</li><li>Salary package is all in.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 5 or more years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in a Contracting Company here in UAE?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quantity Surveyor: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>

This role ensures that all purchases meet project specifications, budget constraints, and delivery schedules.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers for civil and construction materials.</li><li>Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate with the project, engineering, and site teams to determine material requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.</li><li>Negotiate terms, contracts, and timelines with vendors.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.</li><li>Liaise with the finance department for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.</li></ul>NOTE:<ul><li>CVs should include your recent photo, mobile number and email address.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Purchaser: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
