Job Title: Mechanical SuperintendentLocation: Projects across the U.S.Mechanical Superintendent Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee Rigging, Equipment Installs, Industrial Mechanical, Welding, Piping, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for project success.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.</li><li>Supervise a team of 50+ mechanics, providing leadership and support.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress and adjust to meet deadlines.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and provide updates.</li></ul>Mechanical Superintendent Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 8-10 years of mechanical installation experience.</li><li>Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>OSHA 30 required.</li><li>MEWP cert required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel.</li><li>Must have PPE and basic hand tools.</li></ul>Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Hourly Rate: $38-$45/hr (Based on experience).</li><li>Per Diem: $115/day</li><li>Work Schedule: 58 hours/wk M-S</li><li>Weekly pay.</li><li>Benefits: PTO, holidays, comprehensive medical and dental insurance.</li><li>Long-term work opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 58 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
