&#9989; Valid UAE Driving License required&#9989; Experience in Van Sales preferredDuties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Delivery:</li><li>Deliver products to customers as per the assigned route and schedule.</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and complete deliveries of all orders.</li><li>Promote and sell products to existing and potential customers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.</li><li>Vehicle Operations:</li><li>Operate the van safely and responsibly in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness.</li><li>Report any vehicle defects or incidents to the supervisor immediately.</li><li>Inventory Management:</li><li>Load and unload goods in the van, ensuring proper handling and stock safety.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of stock received, delivered, and returned.</li><li>Ensure that all goods in the van are correctly stored and secured.</li><li>Customer Service:</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with customers.</li><li>Collect payments (cash/cheques) from customers and issue proper receipts.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain daily sales reports, delivery notes, and payment collections.</li><li>Submit all relevant documents to the office at the end of the shift.</li><li>Reconcile daily cash and inventory with sales records.</li><li>Product Knowledge:</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing.</li><li>Advise customers on product usage, benefits, and offers when needed.</li><li>Team Coordination:</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, sales team, and dispatch for smooth operations.</li><li>Attend regular team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and product demand.</li><li>Compliance:</li><li>Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.</li><li>Ensure all delivery and sales activities comply with legal and company requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
