The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building vendor &amp; dealer networks, leading business development efforts, and mentoring junior sales staff. This role requires a strong sales background, leadership qualities, and the ability to close high-value deals in both B2B and B2C segments.Key Responsibilities1. Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Drive end-to-end sales activities: field sales, door-to-door outreach, indoor/outdoor promotions, and B2B vendor tie-ups.</li><li>Focus on high-value clients (industrial, institutional, and commercial projects).</li><li>Promote and sell Solar panels, inverters, and EPC solutions to both direct customers and through vendor networks.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and ensure a consistent sales pipeline.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li></ul>2. B2B Sales &amp; Vendor Network Building<ul><li>Build and manage relationships with vendors, distributors, electrical contractors, and dealers.</li><li>Negotiate and close bulk orders for panels and inverters.</li><li>Develop and manage a network of authorized sales personnel/agents who can sell products under Sumraj Urja&rsquo;s banner.</li></ul>3. Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Mentor and guide junior sales executives and support staff.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for newly appointed authorized sales agents.</li><li>Motivate the sales team towards achieving group targets and maintaining client satisfaction.</li></ul>4. Marketing &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, awareness campaigns, and promotional events.</li><li>Plan and execute local marketing initiatives (print, digital, on-ground campaigns).</li><li>Work with management to design sales promotion schemes and offers.</li></ul>5.
