In this role, you will be the driving force behind plant performance&mdash;overseeing daily maintenance, ensuring seamless equipment functioning, and guiding the on-ground team with confidence and clarity.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations and maintenance (O&amp;M) activities at the plant site.</li><li>Monitor plant performance and ensure energy generation meets set targets.</li><li>Lead a team of technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, and routine inspections.</li><li>Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules effectively.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all systems and equipment function optimally.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, faults, spares usage, and performance data.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for specialized services or component replacements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering /Diploma / ITI</li><li>1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in solar installations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of solar energy systems/ electrical wiring and balance of systems components.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, manpower management skills, and commitment to quality control.</li><li>Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for renewable energy.</li><li>Ability to work and travel independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Google Maps, Microsoft Excel &amp; being Internet Savvy would be a plus</li></ul>&#8203;Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>what is your current CTC ?</li><li>What is your Notice Period ?</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

In this role, you&rsquo;ll take charge of daily maintenance activities, drive performance targets, and ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment.  Responsibilities:
