Primary Job Function: Present the company to potential commercial customers and qualify opportunities, thereby obtaining competitive and profitable commercial service agreement sales. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.
Work Hours: 40 hours a week, which may include Saturday appointments.
Pay: Base pay plus commission, with expected annual earnings of $100,00 - 200,000 annually

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li><li>
2+ years of B2B sales experience
</li><li>HVAC background preferred</li><li>
Ability to work independently and self-manage
</li><li>Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
</li><li>Excellent communication skills
</li><li>Great listening skills</li><li>
Computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word, Excel
</li><li>Positive attitude</li></ul>
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment</div>
