Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and highly proficient Part-Time Bookkeepers with expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage accurate financial records, perform essential bookkeeping functions, and support our accounting operations across various sectors, including corporate, non-profit, and governmental organizations. Your contributions will ensure our financial data remains precise, compliant, and ready for analysis.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and Quicken.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure data integrity.</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently while adhering to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).</li><li>Prepare journal entries, manage double-entry bookkeeping processes, and conduct account analysis to support financial reporting.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and governmental accounting requirements as needed.</li><li>Conduct account reconciliation tasks including bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger review.</li><li>Support budgeting activities and generate financial reports to aid management decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise is mandatory; experience with additional software such as Xero, Sage, Quicken or similar platforms is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, non-profit accounting standards, GAAP compliance, and governmental accounting practices.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger management, journal entries, and account analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of financial concepts including debits &amp; credits, double-entry bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processing and tax-related accounting tasks.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly through financial report writing.
