</b></p><p>Collaborates with Voluntary Solutions Manager to determine best suited Benefit Counselors per Client demographics and needs to obtain most successful results for multiple types of enrollment events.
</p><p></p><p><b>How you will contribute:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate the necessary support for group meeting and benefit fair requests
</p></li><li><p>Manage expectations for meeting through contact with both internal and external clients. This role would be responsible for communicating the enrollment support to Enrollment Managers, Sales and Service teams.
</p></li><li><p>Conduct case preparation training with Benefit Counselor resources for each case
</p></li><li><p>Order materials or technology needed for the enrollment event and review for accuracy
</p></li><li><p>Create enrollment event schedules and sign up sheets for on-site employees
</p></li><li><p>Insure all pre-communication and enrollment materials are requested and delivered for all the enrollment event
</p></li><li><p>Identify and secure appropriate resources for enrollment events based upon set criteria
 </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will bring with you:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Enrollment or insurance industry experience preferred
</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred
</p></li></ul><p>Preferred:
</p><ul><li><p>Strong organizational skills, accurate and detailed oriented
</p></li><li><p>Collaborative workstyle and comfortable navigating across multiple business units including

</b></p><p>Salary Range: $58,800 - $88,200

<ul><li>Conduct outbound follow up and engage internal departments, when needed, to fully resolve complex and/or escalated service requests.

</li></ul></div><p></p><p>Newer CSS team members primarily handle inbound calls, but with experience and coaching, can transition to email and web chat inquiries.<br>
