 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manpower Planning as per approved MPR recruitment of manpower and their related documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaison with various Labour related Government authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely submission of Statutory compliances as per various acts
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination of court matter and attend the courts
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination with Head Office and full fill the requirement
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract Labour Administration and contractor's Bill Verifying
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling of Employees Grievances, if any occur
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring Induction procedure of New Employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Plant Round and understand the Employees problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of Attendance and Payroll System
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination of activities related to Canteen, Travel Booking, Gardening, and Transportation &amp; Security Services etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination the General Administration activities related to Telephone, Railway-Air Booking, Hotel Booking, Visitors Arrangement and Various audit related activities etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Yearly Employees Performance appraisal activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Employees Compensation and Benefits
 </li>
 <li>
 Yearly Budget Activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Disciplinary actions against default employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of Employees Medical Check-up activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination the activities related to employees separations
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination with Head Office and Full fill the requirement

 Inventory Management of Engineering Materials
 </li>

 Operation and Maintenance work of Utility and R &amp; D
 </li>
 <li>
 Operation &amp; Maintenance work of Utility Equipment&rsquo;s. (Boiler, chiller unit , water system, N2 plant , Air Compressor, Pump, Cooling tower, Air Blower )
 </li>
 <li>
 Preventive Maintenance work for utility Equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 PM and SDM related activities check list review as per SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 Utility Documentation work
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit related works
 </li>
 <li>
 Material indenting used for regular maintenance activity and clearance of bill as by the procedure Operation
 </li>
 <li>
 To plan and execute various engineering related maintenance and project work
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and Maintaining of SOP. Recording of Raw Data as per SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 AutoCAD &ndash; Preparation and Updating of all ENG drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain housekeeping of engineering area
