 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Responsibility of entire production department operation of Panoli site
 
 
 Preparation of monthly production planning based on the Captive and Marketing RFC
 
 
 Review of production activity as per monthly production planning for all plants
 
 
 Co-ordination with other departments (RM store, Engineering Department, Quality Control and Quality Assurance) for smooth operation of all plants.
 
 
 Review and approval of all department quality related documents (Change Control, incident, CAPA, SOP) for all plants
 
 
 Co-ordination with PPIC department for timely dispatch of products
 
 
 Ensuring preventive maintenance, qualification and validation activity performed as per defined schedule in all plants
 
 
 Responsible for Assessment or Approval of all Documents in absence of Site Head
 
 
 Conducting Customer Audits in the plants
 
 
 Preparation of Monthly Production Report
 
 
 Ensuring Compliance of EHS and c-GMP inside all plants
 
 
 Ensuring Proper Housekeeping inside all plants
 
 
 Imparting training of SOPs to all subordinates
 
 
 To review &amp; Approval of Devotion for equipment
 
 
 Change Control/ Devotion review and approval in track wise
 
 
 Technology transfer and implementation for new molecules
 
 
 LMS activity
 
 
 Operation of electronic system like SAP HANA, Leave Portal (Metis), etc.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 End User Support
 
 :

 Provide guidance to end users for hardware, software, network, and application issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate unresolved end user issues to appropriate teams as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with locations IT teams for Tech Refresh activity PAN India
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate end-users on IT best practices and usage policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Facilities to ensure a secure and compliant end user environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Onboarding &amp; Offboarding
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with HR Dept for new user accounts, email IDs, and access rights in Active Directory, O365, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Allocate and deploy laptops/desktops and other peripherals for new joiners on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with location HR Dept for EUC asset count for promotes and new joiner count
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely revocation of access and administrative systems rights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate secure return and sanitization of EUC assets including license applications, data backup etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Update inventory and facilitate reallocation of assets.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 IT Asset Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of IT asset inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of End user IT assets, computers, and peripherals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware and software procurement, warranties, and support contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish controls for asset issuance, returns, spares, and safe disposal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and vendor deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure secure storage, clean labelling, and physical verification of all assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist vendor management and procurement activities related to IT hardware and software
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Access &amp; Security
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing agreements, and data security standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status for management review.

 Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office and IT ticketing tools.
