Job Summary:</b><br>
The Manager, Brand Marketing will serve as the manager of the Branded Consumer Healthcare portfolio. This role is responsible for participating in the development of portfolio strategies, monitoring brand health and competitive activity, coordinating projects and GTM plans cross-functionally for new SKU and campaign rollouts, and partnering with the Sales team to create compelling selling stories.</p><div><br>

Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Develop overall strategy for brands including channel strategy to meet long-term business goals.</li><li>Partner with Sales team to create compelling brand and category stories to expand distribution and secure new item sell-in.</li><li>Preparation of selling decks and materials to support sales team.</li><li>Work with e-commerce marketing manager for promotional strategies on e-commerce platforms</li><li>Develop comprehensive promotional programs to help to establish brand awareness, equity and sales success for brick and mortar stores and e-commerce</li><li>Own the development, monitoring and coordination of promotional budget spending.</li><li>Directly responsible for strategy, execution, and measurement of owned &amp; earned media and agencies/vendors</li><li>Spearhead initiatives such as packaging, merchandising, pricing, and communication development.</li><li>Make use of market data (Neilsen, IRI, etc.) to identify new opportunities for SKU and portfolio development.</li><li>Perform consumer insight research and activity to identify research needs and establish programs designed to meet those needs, including deeper consumer understanding and innovation planning.</li><li>Partner with label development, regulatory and marketing to ensure packaging and promotional materials are up to date &amp; relevant.</li><li>Participate in P&amp;L management and manage monthly sales forecasting &amp; reporting</li><li>Develop brand briefs and manage timelines for content development for websites, digital and social media.</li><li>Participate in the project management process with cross functional teams and develop and execute launch plans to ensure in market success.</li><li>Conduct brand reviews, analyze and track product line performance to identify product line improvement, new product and promotion effectiveness improvement opportunities.</li><li>Create and maintain a rolling 12mo communication calendar for brands, retail and Ecomm</li><li>Performs other marketing management duties as required.</li><li>Participate in trade shows as needed.</li></ul></div><br>

Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>3+ years of brand management experience in CPG skincare, personal care, or OTC categories (prestige beauty experience a plus).</li><li>Experience working with Brick &amp; Mortar Stores as well as E-commerce platforms</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in helping to drive the P&amp;L and working with cross-functional teams - a true &quot;Team Player&quot;.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in working with mass trade channels (Drug, Mass, Grocery E-Commerce).</li><li>Strong fundamental business skills as well as the energy level and &quot;disruption mindset&quot;</li></ul>

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $106,500 to $130,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.<br>
