Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial equipment and hands-on solutions? Join our team as an <b>Outside Sales Account Manager</b> and take charge of a well-established territory in <b>Kalamazoo, MI</b>. You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high-performance <b>fluid process equipment </b>with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Functions</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.</li><li>
Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.</li><li>
Promote and sell a wide range of <b>fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals</b>, and related services.</li><li>
Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service.</li><li>
Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations.</li><li>
Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience, Education and Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
High School diploma or GED required; <b>2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree</b> preferred.</li><li><b>
2+ years of industrial sales experience</b>, ideally in <b>fluid handling and rotating equipment.
</b></li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
