<div>The Spa &amp; Pool Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, salon, and pool facilities. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
</li>
<li>Provide accurate information regarding spa, salon, and pool offerings, including pricing and promotions
</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
</li>
<li>Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments using reservation software
</li>
<li>Check guests in and out for spa and salon services, ensuring smooth and timely transitions
</li>
<li>Handle guest concerns with poise and escalate issues as needed
</li>
<li>Process payments for services and retail purchases
</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, spa boutique, pool deck, and guest areas
</li>
<li>Restock retail displays, spa amenities, and towels
</li>
<li>Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
</li>

<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills

<li>Must speak and read English fluently
</li>
<li>Proficiency with basic phone and computer systems

Spa & Pool Front Desk

<div>Sun Valley Resort is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Massage Therapist to support daily operations within The Spa. This role provides high-quality massage therapy services while assisting with training, mentoring, and supporting the massage therapy team. The Lead Massage Therapist helps ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintains professional service standards, and supports a positive and collaborative spa environment.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other specialized modalities, to address clients&rsquo; specific needs.</li>
<li>Lead by example by providing exemplary customer service and always maintaining a high standard of professionalism.</li>
<li>Train, mentor, and supervise massage therapy staff, guiding technique, client interaction, efficient time use, and spa protocols.</li>
<li>Conduct intake assessments and consultations with clients to determine their massage therapy needs and preferences.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with spa policies and regulations, if needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other spa departments, such as esthetics and fitness, to promote integrated wellness services and cross-promotional opportunities.</li>
<li>Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new massage therapy techniques through continuing education and professional development.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.</li>
<li>Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention, and assist in fostering a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must hold and maintain a valid Idaho State license or certification in massage therapy.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of numerous modalities offered on the menu and be able to train on those specific massages and body services offered.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and management.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching.</li>
