Sunbelt Rentals-the fastest growing rental business in North America-is seeking a Class A CDL Driver. 
 
As a Class A CDL driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite. This role will generally drive a Class A truck hauling equipmenton on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, rural settings. Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones is required. 
 
Education or experience that prepares you for success: 
<ul><li>Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s license with CDL License and acceptable driver's record</li></ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: 
<ul><li>Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred</li><li>Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites</li><li>Customer service attitude</li></ul>

Sunbelt Rentals-the fastest growing rental business in North America-is seeking a Central Service Dispatcher. As a Central Service Dispatcher, you will ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers and other Sunbelt stores in accordance with company and DOT standards. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Assist Central Service Manager in the following: 
Coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of Road Mechanics so they can efficiently service equipment 
Creating and monitor road mechanic&rsquo;s schedules. 
Creating and monitor receipt and maintenance schedules for company equipment. 
Review daily and weekly driver logs in accordance with company and DOT standards. 
Perform daily truck inspections in accordance with company and DOT standards. 
Work closely with other store locations in order to assist them in meeting their customer&rsquo;s equipment needs. 
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner in order to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer and Sunbelt Rentals. 
Report problems to supervisor in a timely and accurate manner and follow-up to ensure problem resolution 
Provide adequate feedback to the Region or District PC&rsquo;s regarding the timely delivery and receipt of equipment. 
Follow Standard Operating Procedures. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
High School Education 
Working knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 
Customer Service &amp; Dispatch training a plus 
At least two years prior knowledge of the applications of various construction/industrial equipment. 
Working knowledge of the delivery area. 
Able to effectively communicate. 
Lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch and kneel. Sit or stand for long periods of time

Position Responsibilities:
Manager the operation of the project with a focus on customer service, employee development and project completion.<ul><li>
Work with the Regional Manager or District Manager as well as the Project Team to develop revenue growth through on-site projects</li><li>
Ensure customer service levels are held above standards</li><li>
Train and develop team members at onsite locations on process flow and equipment testing for future projects</li><li>
Direct all project phases</li><li>
Provide primary line of communication with customer</li><li>
Manage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining or improving profit level of the project</li><li>
Partner with customer by acting as liaison between them and Sunbelt</li><li>
Participate in the Project Proposal to ensure a clear understanding of the Project Scope</li><li>
Track project against its schedule, reporting status to management, expenses and customer on a regular basis</li><li>
Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality and cost</li><li>
Assist in preparation of and review of customer invoices</li><li>
Negotiate differences with client and internal team members to meet project goals</li><li>
Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements</li></ul> 
Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries</li><li>
