The Role:
As a Senior Lead Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to Merchant leadership and key business stakeholders. This role goes beyond reporting on historical performance- you will deliver proactive, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that influence business strategy and optimize portfolio performance. You will own complex analyses across the merchant and loan portfolios, identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, and develop scalable analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly support high-impact initiatives and help drive seamless operational execution.

What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Executive Advisory &amp; Influence: Serve as the primary analytical &quot;North Star&quot; for Merchant executive leadership, translating complex data into high-stakes business strategy and actionable investment cases.</li><li>
Visionary Roadmap Ownership: Architect and evangelize a long-term analytical roadmap that anticipates the needs of the Merchant and Loan portfolios, ensuring data capabilities scale ahead of business growth.</li><li>
Institutionalize Data-Driven Decisioning: Build predictive and prescriptive modeling, to elevate merchant operations and loan management</li><li>
Portfolio Governance &amp; Performance: Establish the &quot;Golden Source&quot; for all Merchant KPIs, owning the health, profitability, and risk frameworks that guide Sunbit&rsquo;s core business engine.</li><li>
Optimize the Ecosystem: Design and oversee sophisticated experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, and elasticity modeling) to maximize associate engagement and merchant lifecycle value.</li><li>
Strategic Prioritization: Act as the final arbiter for analytical resources, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term scalable solutions that de-risk the merchant journey.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead high-level collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to ensure the data infrastructure is robust enough to serve the analytical needs of the organization</li><li>
Operational Excellence: Engineer automated, high-fidelity monitoring systems that proactively identify friction points in the merchant funnel, ensuring a seamless operational experience at scale.</li><li>
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and professional development to senior-level analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and business-first thinking.</li></ul> 
What You'll Bring:<ul><li>
10+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree or a master&rsquo;s degree in quantitative fields like (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.)</li><li>
Expert proficiency in SQL and other languages like python/R</li><li>
Strong understanding of Data governance principles</li><li>
Proficiency in leveraging BI tools like Tableau/Sigma to support business operations and executive storytelling</li><li>
Expert at distilling complex analytical findings into simple yet compelling narratives</li></ul>

The Role
As we grow our organization, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Key Account Specialist to join our fast-growing Dental vertical. This role will manage a portfolio (book of business) of 300-400 Key Accounts focusing on Large DSOs, to drive expansion and growth of Sunbit usage.
The ideal candidate will work directly with dental practices at all levels to identify opportunities and engage remotely to drive usage, with a goal of growing Sunbit into the #1 patient financing solution for dental practices across the US. 
What You'll Own:<ul><li>
Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and align business objectives with partner needs</li><li>
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within dental practices at all levels, such as Drs., decision-makers, influencers, office managers and treatment coordinators. Understand their goals, challenges, and pain points to effectively position Sunbit products and services</li><li>
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure account health, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions when Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. Proactively address any issues or concerns and ensure timely resolution, thereby fostering partner satisfaction and retention</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive growth</li><li>
Connect and engage with partners virtually to build relationships and drive growth</li></ul> 
Requirements:

The Role
We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to help us manage our Enterprise DSO Partners&rsquo; relationships and business. This role is pivotal in both launching Sunbit&rsquo;s product with new partners and expanding adoption and driving growth with existing accounts.
You will need to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of your partners&rsquo; organizations, including the C-Suite, Regional Managers and Dental Practices Office Managers. You demonstrate sales and account management leadership and possess a strong business acumen. In this role, you will also lead a team of internal stakeholders to drive growth and various initiatives at the ground level.
The position requires 50% travel for in-person meetings with executive leadership and partner teams and sites. 
Requirements: 
 
What You'll Own:<ul><li>
Own the impact of a Book of Business by developing comprehensive, strategic and measurable business plans for each DSO partner</li><li>
Provide executive reporting and quarterly business reviews for C-Suite DSO executives and drive change within their organization</li><li>
Understand the dental industry and provide strategic insight and critical feedback (partner needs, market perceptions, industry trends, etc.) to Sunbit leadership and internal teams</li><li>

What You Bring to the Table:<ul><li>
