   Prepare daily and monthly targets for the salesmen in terms of value and brand.

   Evaluate and recommend modifications to the HH system to the IT department for better operation and use.

   Inform the DM about market activities and daily competitor pricing.

   Submit monthly incentive calculations to the Divisional Manager based on the cash van sales team&rsquo;s achievement of preset targets.
  </li>

   Set appropriate distribution, visibility, coverage, and productivity targets for the team and track them daily to achieve goals.
  </li>

   Update the van fact book regularly and ensure the sales team submits daily sales reports; verify the accuracy of daily reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Submit the Supervisors&rsquo; route activity report to the immediate manager daily.
  </li>

   Integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, Event Management, GTS, EHS, EWM Expert knowledge in configuration and customization of TM Business scenarios, such as LCL, FCL, Multimodal scenarios, Co-existence scenarios, Co-Load Scenarios, Dangerous and Hazardous goods handling processes, Empty pick up and empty return, Carrier selection profile and tendering, Manual planning settings, Capacity selection settings, etc.
