Things </b><b>You&rsquo;ll</b><b> Do</b></div><ul><li>
Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>
Bid and manage diverse projects, including DOT, commercial excavation, and utility installation.</li><li>
Oversee project setup, planning, and resource management to ensure success.</li><li>
Collaborate with site supervisors to align budgets, proposals, and project needs.</li><li>
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly for effective resource allocation.</li><li>
Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.</li><li>
Conduct daily cost reviews and maintain organized project documentation.</li><li>
Analyze specifications, drawings, and alternative construction methods to optimize bids and execution.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Four-year Construction Management, engineering, or business degree, OR equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience</li><li>
Experience with the following software is beneficial: HCSS, Viewpoint, P-6, Planswift, Trimble Business Center, or Agtek</li><li>
Experience in project management, bidding, scheduling, take off, and accounting</li><li>
