As a Branch Manager of an immigration consultancy firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and driving business growth. You will lead a team of consultants and administrators, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Operations Management:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, immigration laws, and industry regulations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records of client applications.</li><li>Implement effective workflows to enhance productivity and service delivery.</li></ul>2. Client Consultation &amp; Relationship Management:<ul><li>Provide expert advice to clients on immigration programs (student visas, work permits, PR applications, business visas, etc.).</li><li>Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Address client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, embassies, and regulatory bodies.</li></ul>3. Sales &amp; Business Development:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.</li><li>Identify and explore new business opportunities in the immigration sector.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the branch and attract clients.</li><li>Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand business.</li></ul>4. Team Leadership &amp; Staff Management:<ul><li>Recruit, train, and manage a team of immigration consultants and administrative staff.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching and feedback.</li><li>Motivate staff to achieve individual and team targets.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings to discuss updates, policies, and team performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
