The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in supplier communication, tracking orders, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to determine purchasing needs.</li><li>Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.</li><li>Compare purchase orders with invoices and packing slips to verify accuracy.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and favourable terms.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and purchase agreements.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.</li><li>Coordinate with finance and warehouse teams to ensure proper receipt and payment of goods.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends and supplier developments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain procedures and best practices.</li></ul>Contact and watss app - 8130640437Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
