Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Plan and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.</li><li>Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.</li></ul>2. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Build and maintain strong employee relations to promote a positive work culture.</li><li>Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution fairly.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and feedback surveys.</li></ul>3. Performance Management<ul><li>Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process.</li><li>Support managers in setting KPIs, goals, and conducting reviews.</li><li>Identify underperformance issues and provide corrective action plans.</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Assess training needs across departments and design training programs.</li><li>Organize skill development, leadership, and compliance training sessions.</li><li>Track training effectiveness and employee growth.</li></ul>5. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and labor laws.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, Factories Act, etc.).</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per legal standards.</li></ul>6. Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Oversee payroll management in coordination with the finance department.</li><li>Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.</li><li>Benchmark compensation to remain competitive in the market.</li></ul>7. Strategic HR Management<ul><li>Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.</li><li>Drive HR initiatives to improve retention and reduce attrition.</li><li>Provide HR analytics and reports for decision-making.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software and MS Office.</li><li>Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
