 Mission
sunday is seeking a bold and strategic Los Angeles based Sales Manager to lead our west coast expansion.You will own the full go-to-market execution in the West Coast, starting with Los Angeles, with enormous expansion and growth potential, reporting directly to the US Sales Director.
Your mandate: expand and scale sunday&rsquo;s presence in the LA market and west coast region by leading an excellent team of Account Executives in the market.
 What You&rsquo;ll Build and Own
1. Lead a high achieving team<ul><li>
Hire and train a high achieving team of outbound Account Executives that consistently hits or exceeds quota</li><li>
Have a 100% ownership mentality of your team&rsquo;s targets, which will be comprised of both your individual target and your team&rsquo;s targets</li><li>
Own weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews for the region</li><li>
Actively manage IC performance: coach top performers, address underperformance, and make tough calls when needed</li><li>
Consistently provide feedback, motivate, coach, and energize your team</li><li>
Collaborate with sales leadership, revenue operations, marketing, partnerships, and other cross functional teams to set your team up for success</li></ul> 
2. Execute West Coast expansion<ul><li>
Collaborate with senior leadership to build and execute long-term strategy for West Coast expansion, both within the existing customer profile and potential future customer profiles</li><li>
Work cross functionally with teams to set the existing sales motion up for success as the team grows regionally</li><li>
Bring thought leadership and market expertise to the expansion strategy as a local leader</li></ul> 
 Ideal Profile<ul><li>
5+ years in Sales, Management, or GTM leadership, with at least 2 years of individual contributor success and 2 years of people management experience</li><li>
Proven success managing AE teams in the SMB / mid-market segments and closing business in those segments</li><li>
Background in high-growth tech environments&mdash;where systems were built, not inherited</li><li>
Track record of taking a region from early traction to sustained scale.</li><li>
Comfortable operating close to the field&mdash;hands-on, analytical, and deeply execution-oriented</li><li>
A strong public presence and energy-giver leader who inspires teams and commands rooms</li><li>
Entrepreneurial, data-driven and analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while scaling a high-impact engine</li><li>
Knowledge of and passion for the restaurant industry</li></ul>
