Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support &amp; Candidate Coordination<ul><li>Review and adapt job profiles as per directions from the HR Manager.</li><li>Source potential candidates through online job portals, databases, and professional platforms in line with the given job criteria.</li><li>Circulate job openings across relevant groups and networks to ensure visibility.</li><li>Connect with shortlisted applicants for preliminary (Round 1) interviews.</li><li>Verify CV details</li><li>Introduce the organization and communicate the role expectations</li><li>Forward candidate profiles and assessments to the HR Manager for further consideration.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of outreach, interviews, and outcomes.</li><li>Share weekly recruitment reports and progress summaries with the HR Manager.</li></ul>Internship &amp; College Liaison<ul><li>Reach out to colleges and training institutes to build partnerships for internship opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with academic placement cells for intern requirements and onboarding processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources management: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Pune, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
