Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics &amp; Operations Executive to manage end-to-end D2C logistics, supplier coordination, shipment tracking, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing delivery partners, reducing RTO rates, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment.</li><li>Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) orders and implement strategies to reduce RTO rates.</li><li>Coordinate and manage multiple suppliers and delivery partners for smooth dispatch operations.</li><li>Maintain and update operational sheets, reports, and order dashboards.</li><li>Utilize HubSpot for managing customer interactions, queries, and tracking communication.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end logistics for D2C orders including order processing, dispatch, tracking, and timely delivery.</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or queries; provide effective resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve delivery efficiency.</li><li>Identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements to optimize logistics performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or D2C order management (preferred).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics workflows.</li><li>Experience in handling RTO and coordinating with courier partners.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to maintain structured data sheets.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
