The Position:
We are seeking a Business Systems Operations Analyst to support daily ERP execution, system stability, and operational data accuracy across enterprise Saas platforms. This role focuses on high-frequency operational tasks, first-line system support, and structured process execution to ensure business continuity and reduce single-point dependency. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Daily ERP &amp; Enterprise Systems Operations<ul><li>
Execute daily ERP operational tasks, including item master updates, inventory data validation, and transaction monitoring</li><li>
Maintain data consistency across system modules</li><li>
Perform structured investigation of discrepancies and validate system entries</li><li>
Ensure operational accuracy and timely completion of assigned system tasks</li></ul>
 Application Support &amp; Issue Resolution<ul><li>
Serve as primary operational support contact for internal users on ERP and enterprise SaaS systems</li><li>
Handle access requests, configuration questions, and workflow clarifications</li><li>
Track and manage system tickets through resolution</li><li>
Provide advanced operational support for recurring or high-impact system issues</li><li>
Escalate complex issues appropriately when root cause exceeds defined authority</li></ul>
 Process &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HQ system teams to clarify operational requirements</li><li>
Assist in mapping ERP-related workflows and identifying bottlenecks</li><li>
Support alignment between business processes and system functionality</li><li>
Act as liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors</li></ul>
 Configuration &amp; Implementation Support<ul><li>
Support system implementation initiatives by performing configuration tasks and assisting with testing and validation</li><li>
Assist in managing system parameters, reports, forms, and security roles where applicable</li><li>
Validate data integrity during new feature releases or updates</li><li>
Maintain awareness of system release notes and new functionality</li></ul>
 Documentation &amp; Governance<ul><li>
Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and system usage guides</li><li>
Document recurring system issues and standard resolutions</li><li>
Build and maintain structured knowledge repository to reduce individual dependency</li><li>
Support business continuity and critical issue resolution when required</li></ul> 
Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
2&ndash;5 years of experience in ERP operations, business systems support, or enterprise SaaS administration</li><li>
Hands-on experience working with inventory modules, item master data, and transaction validation</li><li>
Experience supporting reconciliation or data accuracy processes</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and structured working style</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)</li><li>
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams</li><li>
Ability to follow defined procedures consistently</li><li>
Strong ownership mindset and accountability</li><li>
Occasional after-hours or weekend work if production issues arise</li></ul> 
Education or Desired License and Certificates:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent.</li></ul>
