About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing both domestic and international purchasing operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective sourcing of materials to support the company&rsquo;s projects and daily operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and manage purchase orders for both local and overseas suppliers.</li><li>Communicate with factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time production and delivery.</li><li>Verify product details, pricing, and shipment information with accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate closely with accounting, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth order execution.</li><li>Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with internal policies and SOPs.</li><li>Support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost control.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1*-2 years of purchasing or logistics experience* (manufacturing or construction materials industry preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems (e.g., Inflow or similar).</li><li>Bilingual in English and Chinese</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation and growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive, collaborative work environment</li><li>Hands-on experience in international trade and logistics</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $57,417.72 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
