Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Synthesize and align: As a Program Manager and Leader you will translate complex technical discussions into clear decisions and action items, ensuring total alignment between the client and the delivery team.</li><li>
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparent reporting and communication of project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.</li><li>
Governance &amp; Standards: Drive adoption of tools, templates, and governance frameworks that improve consistency and reduce delivery risk.</li><li>
Bridge the gap: Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the &quot;what&quot; and &quot;why&quot; are clearly understood by all.</li><li>
Proactive risk management: Identify potential blockers early and partner with technical leadership to architect solutions before they impact the timeline.</li><li>
Instill agile culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lightweight agile frameworks that foster transparency without adding bureaucracy.</li><li>
Innovation Enablement: Collaborate with technical leaders to integrate emerging technologies into delivery approaches.</li><li>
Quality &amp; Value Assurance: Champion measurement of project outcomes against KPIs and business value while ensuring each engagement delivers tangible results.</li></ul>
Required Experience<ul><li>
Leadership: Mentor and develop project managers to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning while managing resources</li><li>
Technical Environment: Experience driving delivery within data engineering, software development, or consulting teams.</li><li>
Client-Facing Agility: Practical experience leading Scrum ceremonies and fostering agile habits in a client-service environment.</li><li>
Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to manage expectations and build trust with both internal technical leads and external client stakeholders.</li><li>
Reporting &amp; Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to &quot;translate&quot; between business requirements and technical execution while also providing high-level reports to leadership regarding project statuses.</li><li>
Critical Thinking: A proactive mindset focused on unblocking the team and solving resource or timeline constraints before they become critical.</li></ul>
Preferred Experience<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in a senior level management managing technical project managers &amp; projects specifically within Data Engineering, Analytics, or ML/AI.</li><li>
Strong leadership and decision making skills across multiple geographical locations</li><li>
Exposure to Databricks ecosystem or similar cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>
Well-versed in technical acumen; you don't need to write code, but you must be able to follow technical discussions and understand architectural trade-offs.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello.</li><li>
Comfort with ambiguity and navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing consulting firm.</li><li>
Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management.</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.</li></ul>

Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
