Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and social skills while ensuring the overall well-being of each child.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.</li><li>Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and physical education activities.</li><li>Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.</li><li>Monitor and assess children's development, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns related to child welfare.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.</li><li>Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with Montessori methods or other early childhood education philosophies is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Experience in behavior management, childhood development, tutoring, and standardized testing is beneficial.</li><li>A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are also advantageous.
