We are seeking a Videographer with a sharp eye and creative shooting style. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end video storytelling and production. This role involves work closely close collaboration with multiple different fitness brands, fitness trainers, models, and team members to produce on-model product photography, off-model still- life production, and lifestyle content for our diverse production categories.
Job Description:<ul><li>
Responsible for capturing filming product and marketing videos and,videos and capturing studio photography of our fitness products.</li><li>
Create and edit creation of and motion graphics for marketing/advertising videos.</li><li>
Collaborate with team to develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, reports for productions.</li><li>
Consult, plan, and execute creation of outline/script, storyboard, and projects.</li><li>
Establish and maintain partnerships across functional areas of the organization.</li><li>
Arrange object, products, scenes, props, and background to create an effective images and content.</li><li>
Edit, format, and manipulate photos and videos efficiently in accordance with brand guidelines or directed needs.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Multimedia, Film/Television Production, or related field is preferred.</li><li>
3+ years of video production experience.</li><li>
Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>
Expert understanding of lighting for various scenarios.</li><li>
Intermediate understanding of audio equipment and audio editing.</li><li>
Strong time management and self-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>
Experience with batch image processing using capture one software.</li><li>
Experience with ecommerce content creation is a big plus.</li></ul>

The E-Commerce Account Manager (TikTok Shop) will be fully responsible for managing and growing Sunny Health &amp; Fitness&rsquo;s TikTok Shop presence. This role will oversee platform performance, sales growth, inventory planning, promotional strategy, content coordination, and overall account health on TikTok. 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage the company&rsquo;s TikTok Shop account end-to-end</li><li>
Ensure account health, compliance, and adherence to TikTok Shop policies</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics and optimize for growth</li></ul><ul><li>
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order value</li><li>
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIs</li><li>
Identify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategies</li><li>
Manage TikTok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotions</li></ul><ul><li>
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations</li><li>
Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand</li><li>
Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projections</li></ul><ul><li>
Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliates</li><li>
Support TikTok Live selling initiatives</li><li>
Ensure product listings are optimized (SEO, descriptions, images, videos)</li><li>
Analyze content performance and recommend improvements</li></ul><ul><li>
Work closely with paid media teams on TikTok Ads performance</li><li>
Optimize product feed and shop visibility</li><li>
Monitor ROAS, CAC, and ad performance metrics</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li><li>
3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management</li><li>
Direct experience managing TikTok Shop strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with experience using performance dashboards</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills required</li><li>
Experience in fast-paced consumer goods or fitness industry preferred</li></ul>
