Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Medical Scribe to support our healthcare providers and enhance patient care. This position combines direct clinical support with real-time medical documentation to ensure efficient processes while making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities of the Position<ul><li>Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations in real-time, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient histories, physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions efficiently.</li><li>Prepare referral documentation, diagnostic orders, and follow-up instructions.</li><li>Track test results and assist with chart completion.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and accuracy of all medical records</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Required:</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Medical Scribe training or equivalent clinical experience</li><li>Strong typing and computer skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional, compassionate bedside manner</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented</li><li>Comfortable working directly with providers and patients</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $22.50 per hourWork Location: In person
