Role Overview

We&rsquo;re seeking a highly organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to manage regional trade shows and support brand programs across channels. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with a collaborative marketing team to execute events, create assets, and drive digital engagement in a fast-paced environment.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute regional trade shows; support national shows and events (logistics, shipping, booth assets, lead capture, post-show follow-up).</li>
<li>Assist with graphic design and production of POS materials and sales collateral.</li>
<li>Support ongoing digital content creation (website, social, blogs, press releases, email).</li>
<li>Help grow website traffic using SEO/SEM best practices in partnership with the team/agency.</li>
<li>Build and refine presentations for sales, brand, and leadership meetings.</li>
<li>Execute integrated campaigns (direct mail, email, digital, social) and track performance.</li>
<li>Research and brief the team on competitive activity and category trends.</li>
<li>Coordinate PR initiatives and partner activities as needed.</li>
<li>Measure and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., trade show leads, website analytics).</li>
<li>Provide administrative and project support to keep plans, budgets, timelines, and assets organized.</li>
<li>Jump in on special projects that move the brand and business forward.</li>
</ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or related field.</li>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of marketing experience (internships/agency experience welcome).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).</li>
<li>Strong project management: able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently and on a team; quick learner with a growth mindset.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel overnight occasionally; some evenings/weekends around key events.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements

<li>Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively.</li>
<li>Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs (e.g., event materials).</li>
<li>Close and color vision required to review/produce marketing assets.</li>
