Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry and oral surgery.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.</li><li>Perform a range of procedures such as level 2 sedations, nitrous oxide treatment, pediatric dental care, adolescent dental care, ortho extractions etc.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment options and educate patients on oral health practices.</li><li>Uphold the highest standards of infection control within the clinic environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Experience with dental software systems Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation practices.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and practices is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
