 About The Role
 
 
 
 Suno is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented professional who excels at creating seamless candidate experiences while driving operational excellence. You will be the backbone of our recruitment efforts, implementing systems and automations that allow us to scale efficiently.  What You'll Do
 
 
 
 
 Recruiting Coordination &amp; Candidate Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process across multiple roles and departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with efficiency and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate candidate travel and logistics for onsite visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a memorable and professional experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and debriefs for hiring teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports to inform hiring decisions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Process Optimization &amp; Automation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with engineering/ops to create integrations between recruiting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and document standardized recruiting processes and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Create dashboards and reporting systems to track key recruiting metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement scheduling automation tools to reduce coordination time
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously test and improve candidate communication touchpoints
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Stakeholder Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Train hiring teams on ATS usage and recruiting best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates on candidate status and pipeline health
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hiring outcomes
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Need
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (We are using Ashby)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with recruiting automation
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented approach with a bias for action
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The annual salary range for this role is $80k-110K + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)
