This role is focused on video editing, motion design, social cutdowns, campaign edits, and premium visual content. We are looking for someone technical, organized, fast, and detail-oriented, with strong taste and experience using AI video and creative tools.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit reels, yacht walkthroughs, campaign films, destination videos, and social content</li><li>Create motion graphics, subtitles, title cards, and visual treatments</li><li>Adapt video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email, and paid media</li><li>Organize footage, exports, captions, music, versions, and delivery files</li><li>Support AI-assisted video workflows, including storyboards, visual references, generative video, cleanup, and edit ideation</li><li>Maintain visual consistency across yacht, charter, brokerage, and brand campaigns</li></ul> 
Requirements 
Requirements:<ul><li>Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro</li><li>Understanding of codecs, aspect ratios, subtitles, color correction, file delivery, and media organization</li><li>Experience creating social-first video and premium brand content</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar</li><li>Strong technical discipline with folders, naming, exports, and version control</li></ul>
Ideal profile:<ul><li>Technical first, creative second</li><li>Strong eye for luxury and premium visual standards</li><li>Comfortable working fast across many video formats</li><li>Organized, precise, and able to deliver polished assets at volume</li><li>Experience in luxury, yachting, automotive, hospitality, architecture, fashion, or high-end lifestyle is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design yacht brochures, crew profiles, spec sheets, flyers, and sales materials</li><li>Create social media graphics, email visuals, web banners, and campaign assets</li><li>Build and maintain templates for recurring marketing materials</li><li>Resize, adapt, and prepare assets across multiple formats</li><li>Support image editing, layout design, visual cleanup, and AI-assisted asset creation</li><li>Ensure all assets follow Sunreef&rsquo;s premium brand standards</li></ul> 
Requirements

<div>About the Role
Sunreef Yachts is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Composite Engineer to join its engineering team at the Ras Al Khaimah facility.
This role focuses on the design, development, and production support of composite structures for luxury yachts. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and high-quality execution of composite components.
This position is suited for candidates with strong hands-on experience in composite design and manufacturing, ideally within the marine industry or similarly demanding sectors.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop detailed 3D models of composite structures and components
</li><li>Design plugs, molds, and tooling systems for production
</li><li>Prepare accurate 2D workshop drawings and technical documentation
</li><li>Define and optimize lamination schedules for composite parts
</li><li>Support production teams with technical guidance during manufacturing and assembly
</li><li>Review and validate structural integrity and manufacturability of composite designs
</li><li>Propose and implement optimized construction and structural solutions
</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning teams to ensure workflow efficiency
</li><li>Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting during production phases
</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in composite design, analysis, or manufacturing
</li><li>Strong understanding of composite materials and structural behavior
</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software, including:
</li><li><ul><li>SolidWorks (advanced surfacing required)
</li><li>Rhinoceros (Rhino 3D)
</li></ul></li><li>Ability to read and produce technical drawings and lamination documentation
</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken)
</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>
Experience with composite manufacturing processes (hand layup, vacuum infusion)
