At Sunrise, our commitment to ethical treatment is the heartbeat of our mission. Sunrise ABA opened its doors in 2021 with the goal of providing ethical care while embracing a new-age culture. We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee.

The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.</li>
<li>Data collection utilizing Central Reach.</li>
<li>Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours</li>
<li>Billable hour requirement for part-time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred).</li>
<li>Complete intake and assessments.</li>
<li>Parent training.</li>
<li>Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.</li>
<li>Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs,</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>High emphasis on integrity and ethics</li>
<li>Passion for client success</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills</li>
</ul>
WORKING CONDITIONS:
<ul>
<li>Full-time, hybrid-remote 3 days in person 2 days remote</li>
<li>Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings.</li>
<li>May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions.</li></ul></div>
