 Position Summary
 
 
 
 We have openings for two part time tellers at our Como branch in St. Paul. This position is responsible for providing superior teller services quickly and efficiently. Processes customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner; responds to customer inquiries and provides a positive reflection upon the bank&rsquo;s image. Tellers provide support: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and alternating Saturdays 9 a.m. - 12 noon. Minimum 20 hours/week required. Bilingual fluency English/Spanish beneficial.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Customer Service &amp; Sales

 Teller Operations
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Processes customer deposits and withdrawals, verifying all cash or endorsements and issuing receipts according to established procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifies account information from the computer to validate all customer data, before completing transactions or releasing funds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains sufficient cash drawer funds to provide timely customer service and balances the drawer according to established procedures. Cash differences not to exceed established amount.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that all transactions are thoroughly documented on the teller tape to minimize bank liability and maintain audit trail of customer transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cashes checks for account holders and approved check cashing customers, within the limits set forth in the cashing policy, upon verification of signatures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Processes additional transactions as assigned but not limited to: mail and night deposit items under dual control, telephone transfers and money orders, cashiers checks, travelers checks, cash advances, sells and redeems savings bonds, process currency and coin orders, count coin, process food coupons according to established procedures, ensuring that all transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.

 Sells excess cash to vault teller to avoid exceeding drawer limit. Ensures that cash drawer is stocked with sufficient cash to meet customer demand.

 <li>
 Follows all bank regulations that effect the teller operations, including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Regulation CC: Expedited Funds Availability Act, CIP, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adheres to all bank security policies for the location and the position.

 </ul>
 
 Other Responsibilities

 Accepts rent payments for safe deposit boxes per safe deposit box agreement.
 </li>

 Daily processing of TT&amp;L payments and money orders.
 </li>

 Performs various responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Part Time Bank Teller - Como Branch ($20/hour DOQ)

POSITION SUMMARY

This hybrid position supports the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) function by providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis and reporting for at least one business line. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactively seeking improvements and driving interdepartmental engagement.

This role requires strong ownership of FP&amp;A systems, including maintaining and enhancing Axiom. The ideal candidate will leverage SQL and an understanding of underlying data structures to support reporting, data integrity, and process improvements. Candidates should live within 90 mile distance from St. Paul, MN in order to meet hybrid work requirement.

Responsibilities also include KPI reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions and executive reviews.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li>Own and maintain Axiom FP&amp;A software, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while improving system performance and usability.</li>
<li>Support Axiom&rsquo;s underlying data structures by writing and modifying SQL queries to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.</li>
<li>Partner with Finance, IT, and BI teams to enhance Axiom capabilities, improve data integrity, and implement scalable reporting and planning solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned business line(s).</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to leadership.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, explain variances, and resolve issues.</li>
<li>Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Build and maintain KPI reporting tools and trend analysis for executive reviews.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.</li>
<li>Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by leadership.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly business line reviews and communicate findings effectively to senior executives.</li>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE

Annual salary DOQ: $75,626 - $108,035 - $140,446
