Our operations are supported by a combination of custom-built applications and widely used third-party tools, ensuring seamless coordination across the entire value chain.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in accounting, GST, and financial management. This role involves a mix of hands-on accounting and strategic financial planning, including daily revenue/expense analysis, GST compliance, debtor-creditor management, margin analysis, and cash flow reporting. The position also involves administrative oversight across our Mumbai and Gujarat offices and regular interaction with foreign shipping lines&mdash;demanding excellent communication and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)<ul><li>Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Handle GST audits, input/output reconciliation, and coordination with tax consultants.</li><li>Monitor and analyze daily revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability trends.</li><li>Oversee creditor and debtor accounts, payment cycles, and fund flow management.</li><li>Prepare and review cash flow statements, P&amp;L reports, and balance sheets periodically.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts and finance team.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review.</li><li>Manage office administration for Mumbai and Gujarat offices.</li><li>Liaise professionally with foreign shipping lines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Postgraduate preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in accounting and finance (shipping/logistics industry preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliance, and accounting standards.</li><li>Proven experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and team leadership.</li><li>Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Willingness to travel to company depots as required.</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given preference.</li></ul>Preferences<ul><li>Senior or retired professionals in good health are welcome to apply.</li><li>Candidates based in Mumbai for ease of access to offices and depots.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance hands-on accounting with strategic financial insights, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Hemangini Suthar Contact number - 7405270366 Email id- r9@tercpl.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
