We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Operator 1 to join our team. As an Underground Operator 1, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining underground mining equipment, ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment, and meeting production targets. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be critical to your success in this role.</p><p><b>
Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating underground mining equipment</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with remote control equipment</li><li>
Experience with underground blasting</li><li>
Experience with maintenance and repair of underground mining equipment</li></ul><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Operate and maintain underground mining equipment, including loaders, trucks, and drills</li><li>
Ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment by following established safety procedures</li><li>
Meet production targets by working closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively</li><li>
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities</li></ul><p><b>
Skills:</b></p><p>
As an Underground Operator 1, you will need to have strong communication skills to work effectively with other team members. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure that production targets are met. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are critical to success in this role. Additionally, experience with remote control equipment, underground blasting, and maintenance and repair of underground mining equipment are preferred.</p></div><p></p>

General Job Summary:</b></h1><div>
Responsible for daily supervision and functioning of one construction project and/or one crew on a construction project.</div><div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Principal duties and Responsibilities:</b></h1><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project.</li><li>
Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crew working on project.</li><li>
Maintain contract schedule.</li><li>
Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ensure safety practices and procedures are being followed at all times.</li><li>
Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.</li></ul><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Position Requirements:</b></h1><ul><li>
High School Diploma</li><li>
Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities</li><li>
Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed</li><li>
Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills</li></ul><ul><li>
1-3 years previous telecom experience</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
