Overview 
The Project Analyst is responsible for managing various process improvement efforts around inventory management, partner management, and other efforts as needed. The role will be integral in moving forward key initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency and accuracy. Key duties include conducting research, creating reports, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders, while essential skills include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a basic understanding of data analysis. 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage various New Homes initiatives around Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, Partner Support, and other functions</li><li>
Assess builder process and procedure, analyze viability, and implement new processes amongst internal operations stakeholders as applicable</li><li>
Be a subject matter expert for all aspects related to Inventory Support, Payables, Admin, and Field Execution for New Home solar and battery installations</li><li>
Evaluate current and past business data to identify trends and patterns, often using specific business intelligence tools.</li><li>
Collect and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions.</li><li>
Prepare reports and present findings to management and other internal or external and executive stakeholders.</li><li>
Support the full project lifecycle, including testing and implementation, and facilitate communication between different teams.</li><li>
Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely manner</li><li>
Assist AR and AP in preparation of payment tranches per strategic partner contractual terms</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of previous project coordination experience.</li><li>
Solar and/or production building experience preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated customer service skills.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written skills.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and internet use, Oracle experience a plus.</li><li>

New Homes Project Analyst

Overview
The Non-Certified Electrician will provide electrical expertise to lead the installation of residential solar systems and batteries to ensure conformance to existing national and local building codes. Depending on state requirements, the Non-Certified Electrician performs or assists in a variety of electrical work including main panel upgrades (MPUs), electrical troubleshooting and service work as well as commissioning. This position will also work with the PV installation crew, filling in and performing other duties when necessary, including leading the crew in the absence of the Foreman.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect our solar array to the grid power of our customer&rsquo;s residential property</li><li>
Ensure work performed is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes</li><li>
Safely plan and complete solar battery installations and MPUs as assigned and depending on state electrical certification requirements</li><li>
Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues</li><li>
Work with branch team and home owners to fulfill or assist in any necessary system upgrades/repairs to support our solar equipment</li><li>
Work with local inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectations as assigned</li><li>
Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA standards related to photovoltaic installations and enforce safety practices and standards</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must possess 75% of the hours required to sit for state specific electrical certification exams</li><li>
Electrical installation and repair experience required. Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC</li><li>
Working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels preferred</li><li>
 LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (include where appropriate)</li><li>
 Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
