Overview
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter.
Potential Earnings: While the average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent), our top performers can earn up to an impressive $160,000+ per year.

Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful:</h2><ul><li>
Success in this role relies on strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.</li><li>
You'll need to commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize your sales success and earning potential.</li><li>
Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (on average) is essential for managing a multi-store territory.</li><li>
This role requires standing and being mobile for extended periods including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities in a retail environment.</li></ul>

Overview
The Foreman position provides leadership and technical expertise for a solar installation crew of three to six members. The Foreman is responsible for safety, quality, customer service, and productivity and ensures the successful completion of residential and small commercial projects.<ul><li>

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Organizes, leads, and trains crew members</li><li>
Effectively manages all aspects of the construction workflow</li><li>
Maintains project documentation</li><li>
Develops a positive working dynamic within your team and with branch coworkers</li><li>
Analyzes and resolves worker problems and recommend solutions</li><li>
Maintains consistent customer relations throughout installation</li><li>
Provides feedback to management</li><li>
Performs service calls when necessary</li><li>
May serve as acting supervisor/manager in the absence of supervisor or manager</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
A minimum of two years of construction experience, including one year in solar installation</li><li>
Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>
State electrical certification/license preferred</li><li>
Ability to perform all duties of the Installer and Lead Installer</li><li>
Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards</li><li>
Understanding of relevant OSHA standards</li><li>
CPR and first aid certifications</li><li>
Computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong mechanical/construction abilities</li><li>
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills</li><li>
5% travel is required</li></ul>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS<ul><li>
Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)</li><li>
Ability to work on rooftops with various angles and surfaces which requires frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, kneeling, crawling, turning, standing, and balance</li><li>
Ability to climb ladders</li><li>
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to: excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, wet environment, and humidity</li><li>
Ability to frequently utilize hand functions requiring fine motor skills, including but not limited to: fine manipulation, grasping, and pinching</li><li>
Ability to work within the safe range of equipment such as ladders, fall protection harnesses and other personal protective equipment</li><li>
Ability to work and maintain balance on roofs and other areas of height</li><li>
Ability to work in the sun and possibly low light conditions</li><li>
Ability to walk on rafters, roof tiles, and roof shingles without damage</li><li>
Ability to distinguish colors such as red, black, yellow, white, green</li><li>
Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces which requires kneeling and crouching</li><li>
Ability to hear verbal commands and warnings</li><li>
Ability to work with chemicals using appropriate protections</li></ul>
